w/u- four minutes jump roping with 15 seconds of double unders per minute. Stretch and mobility work as needed
Back Squat- 4 x 7 @ 300#. Worked on speed.
AMRAP in 10 minutes of:
- 10 push press @115#
- 10 chest to bar pull-ups
I did 7 rounds + 2 push press
100 band tricep extensions
